I have registered because of the new management fees, I am one of the ones facing a 500% increase (very kindly spread over 2 years). How are we supposed to afford this and major works fees AND a mortgage?? OH!! And the replacement of an aerial, because Virgin will be stopping analogue transmissions in June/July. I'm guessing it was the council that took the original aerials down, so perhaps they should pay to put them back up!!

Hi Mark, you me and a lot of other people are fed up with all these costs. If we spread the word, maybe we can challenge them.

Hi Tim & Mark, same situation here, fed up and want to do something about it. I have been a leaseholder for 3 years now, every time when I received the new service charge, I emailed them & called them, all they came back to me are excuses, they don't prepare to do anything for us leaseholders, they just keep puting charges on. Honestly, it has been so difficult for me to pay the mortgage and all these charges.
How can we let the other leaseholders aware of this forum? I don't know who the other leaseholders are.
